Where are you based?

We are purely an online store based in Melbourne Australia home to where our customer service team is based. Orders are supplied by our overseas Suppliers.

How do I order online?

To purchase on the Chic Boutique website, just click on the item you wish to buy, select the size and quantity you want and click "Add to Cart". You can then go back and add additional items to your Cart or click ‘View Cart & Checkout’ to complete your order to finalize your online order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by AfterPay, ZipPay, Sezzle (for US customers) VISA, Mastercard

Unfortunately, we don’t accept cheques or money orders.

How secure is my credit card and personal information?

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note it could take up to 3 days to receive your tracking information.
